6 weeks in PV! Phew! We were just talking about that trip from about 10 yrs ago the other night and that one of our favorite memories was a day we spent in town (we stayed up at the St Regis in Punta Mita) a full day with a local chef going to the market with him and cooking in his home one of the best meals I've ever had - a simple (if there is such a thing) chicken mole.
Thank you! One of our favorite experiences in PV was also a cooking class with a chef in his home! I loved getting to go to the local market with him first to pick all the produce and fish.
