I have traveled domestically and ventured out for Mexican food….agree it is not like living on the boarder Mexican! In Chicago, I ordered queso dip and it was like a cold cheese blob you dip into…intentionally served cold. Nice to have put that identifier on the menu…LOL. Glad your evening as a whole was fun….
